PERSONALIZED CARE
A Named Nurse will meet with residents and their family to formulate an individual plan of care to meet their needs and wishes. Residents and families will be invited to regular review meetings to ensure we continue to provide the best possible care.
Every resident has a Keyworker acting as a focal point for the resident and their family. Their role is to ensure that the resident's personal requirements are not overlooked in the busy day to day envoirnment.
Residents are encouraged to take an active role in the running of the Home. Many participate in Resident meetings and sit on interview panels to help in the selection of new staff.
CATERING
All food is freshly cooked on site every day. The menus are changed regularly and as well as the choices available on the menu, the cook can provide other food as requested.
The kitchen will cater for special diets as needed and care staff will liaise with Dieticians and the SALT team from the local hospitals when necessary.
